Last month we introduced Phantom Developments' new residential project, TeaGarden Condos, coming to market at Bayview and Sheppard in North York. Designed by Kirkor Architects, this 12-storey condo development is offering 111 residential units, ranging in size from 484 square feet to 1,119 square feet, on Teagarden Court, a quiet cul-de-sac just off of Bayview, north of Sheppard.

Suites at TeaGarden will feature pre-finished engineered hardwood floor throughout, and minimum 9-foot ceiling heights in living room areas. All units will include Energy Star stacked front loading washer dryer and designer selected light fixtures in the foyer and kitchen. Kitchens will include glass mosaic backsplashes, granite or Caesarstone countertops, fully integrated dishwashers, and other high-end features.

The suites at TeaGarden also include high-end bathroom fixtures and finishes, including 5-foot rectangular deep soaker tubs or 5-foot shower stalls with tile and frameless glass shower doors, and the choice of marble or porcelain tiles for floors, showers and tubs. Bathrooms will include fixtures including a vanity with single sink and the choice of Marble or Caesarstone countertops, as well as dual flush low flow toilets.

TeaGarden will also contain Penthouse and "Town Loft" units, on floors 1 and 11, which will come with features like ten-foot ceiling heights, 8-jet Jacuzzi tubs, extended upper kitchen cabinets, and frameless closet doors throughout the units.

Condominium life doesn't end at the door to one's suite though, and TeaGarden Condominiums will offer its residents plenty of common areas and amenity spaces to relax and entertain guests, from the waterfall garden in the building's lobby up to the 12th floor TeaGarden lounge with its rooftop patio and hot tub.

Residents will also enjoy amenities like a fitness centre, a dining lounge, a billiards table, and a gourmet hosting kitchen with bar seating. A guest suite will also be available for guests of residents staying overnight.
