Intensification south of the downtown core has really changed the feel of the elevated Gardiner Expressway's route through the city centre. New high-rises tower over the highway to create an urban canyon in today's Photo of the Day, which was submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Oscar Flores. The long exposure shot turns individual cars into long streams of light, as they pass between the condo and office towers of the South Core.
