Last month we took our readers inside the new sales centre for VANDYK group of companies' The Craftsman Condominium Residences for a sneak peek at the brand new development coming to Clarkson Village in Mississauga. The team behind the development celebrated the sales centre's Grand Opening a couple weeks ago, which was attended by hundreds of guests. In the time since sales have gone very well and are now nearing the 50% mark on the SMV Architects-designed project.

The four-storey development draws its inspiration from the organic architecture of famed American architect Frank Lloyd Wright, meant to complement the natural aesthetic of Birchwood Park. The development will include a three-storey high foyer, interior courtyards and a waterfall feature, as well as extensive landscaping around the property.

Those who attended the event got to check out the 1,097 square foot, UNION31-appointed Clarkson model suite. The suite features 9 foot ceilings, engineered hardwood floors throughout, quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops and even an accurate representation of the 295 square foot wrap around balcony. We will return in the near future for a more detailed look at this suite.

Linda Mitchell Young, VP of Sales & Marketing at VANDYK group of companies, said of the opening “The response of our guests was extremely positive when they saw what The Craftsman had to offer. Our new Sales Centre and Model Suite are now open as we continue to celebrate our Grand Opening.” Residents of The Craftsman's 299 suites will enjoy amenities like a fitness centre and a rooftop terrace while nearby parks and walking trails, such as Rattray Marsh, will promote outdoor activity.
