Easy access to the subway and the 401 has made Sheppard Avenue East in North York a desirable stretch for both transit users and motorists, with much of the development in the former suburb concentrated along this main east-west axis. In recent years, a collection of new high and mid-rise condominium projects have been built at Bayview and Sheppard, one of the main development nodes in North York, and this trend is set to continue with Lotus Condos by Chestnut Hill Developments and Fortress Real Developments. With the development gearing up for its launch, we were given advanced access to the new presentation centre for a sneak peek inside.

Located at 500 Sheppard Avenue East, at the northwest corner of Bayview and Sheppard, the Mike Niven Interior Design appointed presentation centre features touches like book matched marble, a unique coffered lighting feature, and a kitchen vignette that shows potential purchasers what their kitchen could look like.
