The Craftsman Condominium Residences in Mississauga is moving its sales office to a newly constructed building immediately adjacent to the site of the future condominium. The development by Vandyk Group of Companies and designed by SMV architects, is set to be built at 1575 Lakeshore Road West in Mississauga's Clarkson Village neighbourhood. Consisting of 299 units over 4 floors, the development will contain units varying from 605 square feet up to 1750 square feet, with prices starting in the low $300s.

The architecture of the development, designed to emulate the work of the famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright, features the use of stone and brick, with windows punctuating the facade to give an emphasis on the horizontal instead of the vertical. The large balconies and overhanging eaves along the roof also provide strong architectural features reminiscent of the famed architect's work, underlining the structure's connection with the outdoors while offering comfort and shelter from the harsher elements.

The Frank Lloyd Wright inspired architecture is especially apparent once you approach the entrance to the condominium.

The new sales office will highlight the interiors of the building, designed by UNION31, as well as the extensive amenities the building is set to offer.
