Camrost-Felcorp's reinvention of the former Four Season's Hotel on Avenue Road continues. For the first phase, the former hotel tower was converted into the New Residences of Yorkville Plaza, but there are two more phases here, and now registration is on for Cumberland at Yorkville Plaza, a new 40-storey, WZMH Architects-designed tower on the south side of the site. It will feature 363 condominium units, ranging in size from 385 square-feet up to 855 square-feet.
