From February 13th through February 16th, Mississauga's International Centre will be transformed into a home-improvement mecca for the GTA Home + Reno Show. The show will bring together some of the biggest names in the GTA's design, renovation and homebuilding industries, including a selection of industry insiders who will be participating in BILD's expert panel on Saturday February 14th.

The panel, which takes place on Saturday the 14th between 10:30 AM and noon, will be moderated by Toronto Sun Homes Editor Martin Slofstra, focusing on the topic 'Growing UP: Why your neighbourhood is changing.' Panellists will also include Christopher Wein, Great Gulf Homes' President of Residential Development, Gerard Caverson, Vice President of Finance at VANDYK Group of Companies, Vince Santini, VP of Development at Minto, and Peter Comyns, VP and National Director at PMA Brethour Realty.  

Of the companies mentioned above, each will cover a different project they are involved with. Christopher Wein of Great Gulf will be discussing Hot Condos, Gerard Caverson of Vandyk will cover The Craftsman, and Vince Santini of Minto will discuss their Long Branch development. Peter Comyns of PMA Brethour Realty will discuss transit-oriented development in Kitchener, Waterloo Region, and connect the dots between new development and how it can lead to transit and transportation projects getting underway. Renderings of all of the aforementioned projects will be presented by the panel, and discussions will also highlight all of the added benefits that new developments bring to a neighbourhood, including like new parks, businesses, families, transit and more.

The Property Brothers, known for their television show on the W Network, will also be attending the GTA Home + Reno Show on Saturday afternoon.
