Last month, we took our first look at The Craftsman Condominium Residences, a new Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired condominium development by the VANDYK Group of Companies, coming to Clarkson Village in Mississauga. The development's sales centre, located at 1034 Clarkson Road in Mississauga, will be hosting a seminar this evening from 7 to 9 PM featuring a group of guest speakers with a range of expertise on the condominium market and real estate investments.
Among the speakers, Linda Mitchell Young, VP of Sales and Marketing at VANDYK will discuss The Craftsman as well as a general overview of the housing market. John Oakes, CEO of Brookfield Condominium Services, will share his knowledge of the interim occupancy period as well as a breakdown of what residents of the development can expect in the way of maintenance fees. Akash Abrol, a mobile mortgage specialist for TD Bank, will discuss the many options available to condominium buyers, as well as an explanation of the preapproval process and interest rates, while Kelly Cray, Principle at UNION31- the design firm handling interior spaces at The Craftsman, will share pointers on how to maximize the efficiency of a condo's interior space.
Designed by SMV Architects, The Craftsman is offering 299 condominium suites, ranging in size between 602 square-feet and 1,750 square-feet. Residents of the development will have plenty of amenities to keep them busy, including a party room/entertaining space called the Clarkson Club, exercise areas, and even gathering spaces. Outside, residents will enjoy outdoor amenities like landscaped courtyards and rooftop terraces.
