Toronto's Financial District has been dramatically transformed over the past several years. The construction of the long-awaited Bay Adelaide Centre's west tower and the re-cladding of First Canadian Place are just some of the many changes the Financial District has undergone in recent years, and now the east tower of the Bay Adelaide Centre is approaching its final height. In today's Photo of the Day, which was submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Jonathan Castellino, we can see Bay Adelaide's east tower rising with the help of two tower cranes, while First Canadian Place and Scotia Plaza can be seen on the left and centre of the image respectively.
