The Easton's Group's Dundas Square Gardens is a Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects-designed condominium development that will consist of two volumes, the 47-storey Dundas Square Tower and the smaller Garden Tower at 17 storeys. Located a couple of blocks east of Toronto's commercial heart of Yonge and Dundas, the development has made a splash in the condominium market as well as the student housing market, owing to its close proximity to Ryerson University. Ryerson was the recent recipient of a $1 million donation from the Easton's Group, representing a portion of the sales from each unit in the project.

With more than 90 per cent of Dundas Square Gardens' 978 suites already sold, Easton's is introducing 'The University Collection', suites with an incentive offer starting at $199,998, and including a two year lease program, free two year suite property management, no maintenance fees for two years, and the option to put only 10% down on deposit during the first year of occupancy.
