Another faceted tower has just been announced for the growing Concord Park Place community near Bessarion station on the TTC's Sheppard subway line. Omega on the Park is the name of the new phase, and it will take the form of a 35-storey tower containing 374 condominium units, designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects. Omega on the Park will be built to the immediate west of Opus, the most recent phase of the master-planned Concord Park Place community to go under construction.

Omega on the Park will add more than just condominium suites and townhome units to the community; the major park from which Concord Park Place draws its name will go under construction too, and residents will be able to walk through it from the subway station to their new home.

We have plenty more information on the way soon, and we will be back tomorrow soon with a more detailed update on this new development. In the meantime, you can see a full suite of renderings of Omega on the Park by visiting the project's brand new dataBase file, linked below.
