We have been following the marketing of 90 Niagara, a new Giannone Petricone Associates-designed boutique condominium development by Fieldgate Homes, coming to the post-Victorian-industrial-chic Niagara Street in the trendy King West neighbourhood. The five-storey, 45-unit development offers suites which range in size between 599 and 1,277 square feet, and now Fieldgate has released 7 new urban townhomes and 8 new balcony suites.

The new suite layouts, all of which offer generous balconies or terraces, are priced starting in the mid-$300,000s. They come with all the features found in the original release of suites at 90 Niagara, including 9 foot ceiling heights and pre-finished hardwood flooring in main rooms, while the kitchens feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and under-cabinet valance lighting.

Leith Moore , Senior VP of Fieldgate Homes remarked that the new releases "Will offer buyers the best in home design and location. 90 Niagara will add a modern vibe to the bustling, pedestrian-friendly community at Niagara and Bathurst—an already striking neighbourhood.”

Residents at 90 Niagara will have a number of Bryon Patton and Associates-designed amenities to enjoy, including a boutique style lobby, a party room with a geometrically patterned fireplace feature wall, plus a lounge seating and bar area. Additionally, outdoor amenities include a terrace with lounge spaces, al fresco dining, and a place to barbecue.

90 Niagara will put residents steps away from the shops, restaurants and clubs of the surrounding King West area, and within walking distance of the Fashion District, the Entertainment District and the Financial District to the east. The development will also be situated within walking distance of Little Italy to the north, and the Lake Ontario waterfront to the south. The TTC's King and Bathurst streetcars stop close by, making access to the subway system easy.
