A short walk from Toronto's Yonge-Dundas Square, Dundas Square Gardens is The Easton's Group's newest condominium development. Currently the site to the Hilton Garden Inn hotel, this building at Jarvis and Dundas Street will be demolished to make way for this vibrant new development. Dundas Square Gardens, designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects, will come in at 978 units located within two conjoined towers of 47 storeys and 17 storeys.

Units start at 335 square feet and work their way up to 747 square feet, all with high quality fixtures such as quartz kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, and porcelain bathroom tile floors. A standout roster of amenities at this development include a roof deck with a swimming pool and sauna, a fitness centre, over 16,000 square feet in garden terraces, and much more.

Dundas Square Gardens happens to have a prime location on the east edge of Ryerson University's campus. The proximity makes this development perfect for investors looking to rent their units to Ryerson students, a group for whom there is an ongoing housing shortage. The Easton's Group understands the importance of being a good neighbour, and has a long standing commitment to enhance local culture at each of its developments. At Dundas Square Gardens, the company is donating $1,000 to Ryerson University for every unit sold.

The Easton's Group also expanded its contributions to local culture at this year's Toronto International Film Festival on the King Street site of their King Blue Condos development. Partnering with Rdio, The Easton's Group provided a stage and green room called The Rdio Music Zone-Steve & Rashmi Gupta Family Stage for live and free performances by artists during the Festival. Just wrapping up now, Festival attendees—and anyone who happen to walk by on King Street in fact—were able to enjoy more than a dozen different local acts that performed here including guitarist Adrian X, pop artist Rich Aucoin, and funk artist Maycee Todd.
