Easily one of Toronto's most lively and exciting thoroughfares, Spadina Avenue is known for its cultural importance as the epicenter of the city's Chinese community, along with countless restaurants and shops between College and Queen. South of Queen Street, Spadina is home to an impressive collection of historic warehouse buildings, as well as some new condominium growth.
