High-rise development continues to draw us back to the Entertainment District, but today, we are taking a look at a smaller-scale mid-rise project currently under construction on Beverley Street north of Queen. BSäR Group Of Companies12 Degrees, officially branded as 12°, may not be the tallest kid in the 'hood, but it certainly hints at becoming one of the most attractive thanks to its unique design by Core Architects.

The 11-storey building is now in the process of topping off, with columns now being poured for the pool area and mechanical penthouse screen above the top floor of suites. In the image below, we can see work under way on the last few feet of the development's final height of just under 114 feet. Further down in the photo, the first panels of cladding are now visible on the northwest side of the 5th floor.

Zooming in on the cladding, we can see that the final product is staying true to the marketing renderings, which depicted a clear glazing framed with heavy black mullions.

Once completed, residents of the 96-unit boutique development will have access to a selection of amenities, including a lounge, private dining room and catering kitchen, fitness centre, and a rooftop terrace featuring an outdoor swimming pool.
