A new townhouse development is having its public launch tomorrow in Etobicoke. National Homes' The Townes of Richview, is one of a number of developments to utilize green space along Eglinton which was expropriated decades ago for the never-built Crosstown Expressway.

Located at 4750 Eglinton Avenue West where it crosses Kipling Avenue, the project will be launching tomorrow morning at 11 AM at the project's presentation centre. With over 2,000 registrants and only 68 townhouse units available, The Townes of Richview are expected to sell quickly. Units in the pre-construction development range in size from 2,000 square-feet to 2,790 square-feet with prices starting in the $570,000s.

At the meeting point of two TTC bus lines with subway connections, and at a station site on the planned western extension of the coming Crosstown LRT, The Townes of Richview are in a highly accessible location a few minutes drive from Pearson Airport. Cyclists will enjoy the Eglinton bike path connection to the Humber Trail. Neighbourhood shopping is a one block walk away, and there are plenty of schools nearby.

Those looking to attend tomorrow's public launch still have the opportunity to register, by following the "Request Info" link included below.
