The third phase of the Regent Park Revitalization recently kicked off with the demolition of a row of aging townhouses on the south side of the community, which are being torn down to make way for new mixed-income housing. For today's Photo of the Day, Flickr contributor Javin Lau has submitted a nighttime photo of the demolition site to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool.
