Knightstone Capital opened its doors and fired up its barbecue this past Saturday in celebration of their launch of its Upper House Condos. The event at the project's presentation centre at south end of Laird Drive a few blocks south of Eglinton, brought many out to come and see what the Leaside's newest boutique condo and townhome community had to offer.

The launch for the Kearns Mancini Architects-designed was busy enough that the spaces that serve both as an office and as model suite vignettes were full of people considering a new home here.

On the walls of the presentation centre are a series of touch screen panels that allow visitors to explore all things Upper House. This included floorplans, renderings, a list of amenities designed by Chase Architecture, a variety of customizable features and finishes as well as the development's "team story." There is also an impressive three-dimensional model of the condos on display for guest too.

Of course visitors will also be able to pore over layouts of all the different 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom layouts, along with samples of the different flooring, backsplash and countertop furnishes available in the suites.

Knightstone wanted to bring a friendly and close-knit community feel that made it easy for guests to mix, mingle and find out more about the new development from the company's representatives, so everyone was welcome to enjoy a barbecue on site.
