With excavation making steady progress at the site of Concert Properties' 88 Scott, the final stage of sales for the Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects-designed project, now 90% sold, is under way. Very few units are still up for grabs at 88 Scott, and the project recently launched the 'Classic Series', a collection of two-bedroom corner suites on the building's upper floors. Ranging between $591,900 and just under $1 million, 88 Scott's Classic Series offers suites varying in size from 952 to 1027 square-feet.

The interiors of Classic Series suites, designed by UNION31, will feature bright modern fixtures and finishes and panoramic views of the surrounding city. Each of the Classic Series suites will come with features including an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in 5 foot, glass-enclosed shower, a second bathroom with bathtub, and an entry foyer.

Concert is giving potential purchasers at the 58-storey, 525-unit development the opportunity to save $25,000 off the list price of the Classic Series up until the end of June, with buyers only having to deposit 15% until occupancy.
