A few months back, we reported on the 'Award Series' suites released for Concert Properties' 88 Scott Street, a 58-storey Page + Steele / IBI Group-designed development currently under construction, and Concert has recently introduced a new series of units in the building known as the '88 Scott Classic Series'. The suites have already seen much success on the real estate market since being introduced, with over 20 of two bedroom+ corner suites having sold this spring.

Starting at $591,900, these large corner suites range in size from 952 to 1027 square-feet, a generous floor area for a location steps from the Yonge subway, the Financial District and the St. Lawrence neighbourhood. Each of the Classic Series suites will come with features like an entry foyer, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in 5 foot, glass-enclosed shower, a second bathroom with bathtub and much more.
