We have been reporting on the Daniels' HighPark Condominiums development over the past year. This city block-wide project on Bloor West has already begun construction, but not everything at the Diamond Schmitt Architects-designed fourteen-storey has hit the market yet. This April, a set of two-storey walkout townhomes called 'The Parkside Collection' will be launched. These twelve signature townhomes feature direct access to the quiet tree-lined sidestreets on the east and west sides of the development.

The residences are steps away from High Park, a short walk to the subway at Keele or High Park stations, and close by to the shops and restaurants of Bloor West Village. The collection of two and three bedroom townhomes will be priced from $699,900. Units range from 1,322 to 1,611 square feet, with features and finishings by Tomas Pearce Interior Design. Nine and ten foot ceilings throughout each unit create quite the expansive space for residents. Gourmet kitchens will feature quartz countertops and quality kitchen appliances. Bathrooms are lined with marble finishings and a deep soaker tub, perfect for relaxation.

Along with a great townhome in the middle of a great residential neighbourhood, residents will have access to the complex's 18,000 square foot Parkside Club. The three-storey club offers an expansive fitness centre including a two-storey climbing wall, cardio studio, yoga room, and weight studio. The club also features a party room, home theatre, outdoor garden, outdoor barbecue lounge, sundecks, and more. Daniels will be facilitating programming to assist homeowners with urban farming in the building's gardening plots, making this range of amenities unique amongst other Toronto residential developments.

Being across from High Park is a huge incentive for living here, and Daniels wants to guarantee the huge park becomes well known by all residents. Daniels will introduce active bike clinics, tune-ups, and planned excursions to the residents. For those who don't own a bike, a Bixi-like bike-share program will be located in the building. This feature will allow HighPark Condominium residents to get the best out of the amazing location.
