Few streets in Toronto have seen as many new buildings over the last decade as Adelaide Street. Less than a decade ago Adelaide seemed like an express route between surface parking lots, but most of those have gone, and the last few seem to be going now.

In the photo above you can see three projects under construction if you look hard, and four new completed buildings and one more under construction in the current day view below. The three under construction above are George Brown College on the right-hand edge, Aspen Ridge's Vü where you see the white crane, and the Bay Adelaide Centre West Tower (with the KPMG signage as seen below). Based on those three construction projects, can you figure out which year the photo above was taken?

In this current day photo, the other obvious addition to the street scene since the top photo was taken is the green-glass Trump Hotel and Tower, while the Bay Adelaide Centre East Tower is just coming into view below the KPMB signage.
