In the month since we last ran an update on Plaza's Ivory on Adelaide, the building has made significant progress when compared to last month's photos. The future 22-storey condominium is not close to completion, but as it makes its climb we've been keeping a close eye on it from our offices.
As seen from the southeast, the L-shape of the building is getting more obvious. The crews are hard at work, and in the image down below we see a cement mixer delivering the materials needed for the pour of the latest floor slab. In fact, the bucket is visible in use at the top of photo.
Photos from the southwest and from inside our offices also present how tall the structure has grown in the past month. Only 6 storeys know, Ivory will give the area a whole new feel when finished as the tallest for a few blocks in each direction at 22 storeys. Owing to the large floor plate size of this Hariri Pontarini Architects-designed building, we expect we'll be seeing about three more floors added next month.
