Near the northern limits of Toronto is the site for Celsius Condos, a new development by Shiu Pong Developments. Nestled between North York Centre and Finch stations, to location will appeal to someone who wants a suburban feel, but still wants to be close to the city via the subway. Celsius will consist of an eighteen-storey tower and surrounding townhomes at the base, for those looking for more home-style living. The development replaces mature trees and aging suburban bungalows which were knocked down in 2011.

Located west of Yonge Street on Churchill Avenue between Canterbury Place and the recently extended Beecroft Road, another project closer to Yonge on Churchill seems to be on hold for the time being. Most recently known as Diamond Condos, the Diamante Development project in conjunction with the neughbouring St. George's Anglican Church is seeking permission for 31-storey tower.
