As the popularity of Queen West has grown over the past couple of decades as a shopping street, a couple of blocks south of it, King West has become a major residential condo destination. With access to Downtown via the all-too-popular King streetcar, plus lots of local shopping and nearby parks, King West has led the transformation of central Toronto's west side.

One project now rising along this major thoroughfare is Canderel Stonebridge's DNA3. Now standing between five and six storeys above street level, DNA3 is making its way towards its final 14-storey height. We have recent photos from the site courtesy of two UrbanToronto Forum contributors worth checking out below.

With interior designer Cecconi Simone in charge of the appointments, DNA3 boasts a wealth of indoor amenities including 1000 square feet dedicated exclusively to a fireside lounge, open kitchen, bar and lounge. Other unique amenities include an intricately designed lobby featuring three skylights which illuminate features below including a sculpture garden and multiple sitting areas.

Along with fitness studios, the recreation facilities also include a Rain Room where residents will be able to relax under the warm water of the massive recessed rain shower heads above. Terraces will allow residents place to relax outdoors.

DNA3 also plans to feature an extensive retail component on its King West frontage, and although we can't see it yet, architects Graziani + Corazza have added a few unique features to the exterior of this future mid-rise residence. Check out a rendering of what we can expect below!
