The wave of new development in Toronto's Midtown area seems to have grown exponentially over the last while (along with a great deal of the rest of the city)! One project that is just about ready to show its face at street level is the 10-storey boutique condominium Allure. Located on Yonge just north of Davisville, this mid-rise project will bring 197 condo units along with street level retail in an intimate yet urban setting. We've got some recent photos of the site taken June 5th courtesy of Forum member drum118 for you to check out below.

Since the crane arrived in January, construction on this Greenpark Homes project has been steadily picking up pace and we will certainly expect it to start making a bit of a mark on neighbourhood soon. Designed by Page+Steele Architects, Allure will have a couple interesting features for its future residents, like the multiple Green Roofs as well as a "SkyDeck" outdoor lounge on the 10th floor.

Starting at $300,000 the single bedroom through two bedroom + den units in Allure range in size from 468 ft² to 1,258 ft². Allure will also feature amenities like a Spa, Fitness Centre, Party Room and 24 Hr Concierge. Below is a rendering of the completed building.
