Today's photo comes from UrbanToronto contributor Jack Landau. Right in the centre of the intersection at Yonge and Dundas, the image was captured during a "pedestrian scramble." It allows pedestrians to cross the intersection in any direction without conflicting motor vehicle traffic. Fun fact: Yonge-Dundas Square features the first pedestrian scramble in Toronto, installed in August 2008. Also take note of the new Motion by Concert in the background at Bay and Dundas.
