The plush North York neighbourhood of Bayview Village will soon be welcoming a luxurious addition to the community. Jade Condominiums, currently being developed on Spring Garden Avenue near the corner of Bayview and Sheppard, is rising up where single family homes once stood, and is beginning to match the promising renderings the developer, Phantom Developments, had released.

Recent photos taken by UrbanToronto contributor Cruzin4U show the building topped off and with glazing and pre-cast panels rising on the exterior.

The 7-storey Kirkor Architects-designed building will comprise 172 units, along with amenities lavishly appointed by Tomas Pearce Interior Design, such as a fitness room, theatre, game room, party room, rooftop patio and 24-hour concierge service. Not only are the Jade Condominums jam-packed with these extravagances, they are also centered in a lush and scenic location, along with various exclusive shops in Bayview Village, and are within close proximity to Highway 401. These factors offer the future residents of the building a very satisfying neighbourhood and home, all starting at $310,000.
