Hmm, is Daniels' Cinema Tower pictured on that skyline? A new rendering of The Daniels Corporation’s HighPark Condominiums emphasizes the fantastic views residents of the building will have from the project's 10th floor rooftop amenity area. In fact, sweeping panoramic views of the 399-acre namesake park across the street will be available from most units, and both Downtown and Lake Ontario will forever sparkle just beyond.

The Diamond Schmitt Architects-designed development is set to rise at 1844 Bloor Street West, just west of Keele/Parkside Drive. The project, with its red brick design and stepped roofline, is slated to bring 407 condominium units to the thriving Bloor-West Village neighbourhood.

With Toronto’s largest urban park located right across the street, countless nearby dining and shopping options, the appeal of the neighbourhood is easily recognizable. The project's prime location directly between the High Park and Keele stations on the TTC Bloor-Danforth Line will give residents easy transit options while limiting the residents’ dependency on cars.
