Although construction slows down during the winter months, the growing foothold on our skyline of Ïce Condominiums at York Centre seems to belie that fact. It is becoming clear that residents will be getting stunning views from these Lanterra Developments towers. In the image below we can see how clear the island will be from the towers, as well as how the slender towers will have a limited impact in blocking views for others.

These architectsAlliance-designed towers are really fitting in well with the rest of the city: their rounded silhouette means they complement the skyline from all angles, and we expect an ultra-modern touch once fully clad. Looking down University we can see how Ïce extends the skyline further south.

With such astounding views, and a location in one of the most up-and-coming neighbourhoods in the city, these standout towers are one of the more exciting developments to watch grow. This addition to the Southcore area will place it amongst the most modern and futuristic looking areas in Toronto.
