King Blue Condos is showing off the extensive amenities planned for their upcoming development in the King Street West theatre and entertainment district of Toronto. Like anyone arriving at the building, we begin in the welcoming lobby with its warm fireplace and sleek furninshings. The amenities at King Blue are designed by the experts at
Munge Leung.

King Blue will have a great rooftop patio. And it’s not your usual rooftop patio in a condo, this one will feature a lounge and private garden, and also an art gallery. “We really studied the psychology and the sociology of how people move around in spaces and tailored our design to meet a variety of human needs,” says Alessandro Munge, Managing Partner of the interior design firm Munge Leung.
Despite its open-air location, with a curvy 20 foot ivy wrapped trellis, the space will feel quite intimate.

A long water feature with fire pits is sure to make the space very inviting, with great city views as a backdrop. Look below to see some of those details in the rendering.

Now, let’s head down a floor to the 6th where the pool awaits. You’ll be able to take in city views, while marble pillars frame your view. After a relaxing swim, residents can go out the glass doors to the patio bar for a drink or take in the view and relax, while all the hustle of the city goes on below you.

Other amenities include a fitness centre, a multimedia room and guest suites. There will be retail space on the ground floor, along with the new Theatre Museum Canada, an education and exhibition centre paying tribute to the art of theatre.
When completed King Blue is expected to rise 48 and 44 storeys and should look something like this:
