A brand new project from V.H.L. Developments Inc. is coming to Cliffside Village, within sight of the famous Scarborough Bluffs on the shores of Lake Ontario. Haven On The Bluffs is bringing 250 condo units crafted by architects Master Building Inc. and Interior Designers Barber Design Shop Inc. to Toronto's east side. The building is planned to rise 11 storeys and be completed by September 2015. The units will range in size from 474 to 955 square feet, with prices starting at $159,800. Unit prices at Haven includes both parking and lockers, unlike at most new GTA projects.
