Some of our Forum members have been quite active taking photos and creating mock-ups of Toronto's future skyline from different perspectives, with help from Google Earth and SketchUp. The latest version of Toronto's Future Eastern Skyline, posted with contributions by members udo, Razz and innsertnamehere, shows how the city's skyline will look from the Distillery in the east, atop Gooderham Condos (Clear Spirit) over the coming years. Some of the developments are already under construction, such as Market Wharf (#8) and the L Tower (#11), some are in the sales stage, such as Monde (#1) and some still in planning and approvals, such as 154 Front Street East (#20).
The colour codes are as follows: yellow for developments in sales, blue for under construction and red for applications submitted (planning). This is a great resource, thanks to all the contributors who made this (and other renderings) possible! The full list of developments in this rendering can be found in our Forum here.
