The past year has born witness to a number of changes here at UrbanToronto.ca. We’ve seen exponential growth in site traffic concurrent with an increase in Twitter and Facebook numbers, allowing us to expand our reach into Toronto’s diverse and booming development community. We also moved offices this past summer, relocating into the heart of downtown Toronto in the dramatically evolving St. Lawrence neighbourhood. This past week we took another big step forward, with the official launch of the UrbanToronto.ca Newsletter.

The UT newsletter is a free weekly email that condenses the past week’s site content into one user-friendly package. The newsletter will pull content directly from the site, bringing you the past week’s top editorials, perfect for those who may not be able to stay on top of our steady stream of news. The newsletter will also feature dataBase projects that have caught our attention and that we’d like to share with you.

If you haven't yet signed up for the newsletter and missed out on issue #1, don’t worry. We’ve included a snippet of it below to give you an idea of what you’ll be seeing arrive in your inbox when you head over here to sign up for issue #2.

The UrbanToronto.ca newsletter is one of the many upcoming changes you can expect to see as we continue to expand within our dynamic urban environment. We run on your feedback and are always looking for new ways to interact with our diverse readership. If you have news, photos or comments you’d like to share with us be sure to let us know here.
