…then you've already guessed that!

The presentation centre is built inside the first floor of the Westinghouse Building now at the corner. It's historic 1927 art deco facade with terra cotta frame will be preserved in the new complex of 44 and 48-storey condo towers that will rise in its place and over adjacent surface aprking lots.

The entry hall for the centre is possibly the most memorable ever built in a Toronto condo sales centre, and it sets the scene for the cheerful, sophistcated, and art deco inspired space behind it…

At centre stage of course is the King Blue scale model, featuring both towers and the associated podiums with their extensive rooftop amenities. It's just the south tower on sale to start things off. We'll be back with a closer look at the scale model in another article in coming weeks, and a visit into the model suite then too.

Besides Mr Gupta, others took to the podium including his daughter Reetu, Vice President at Easton's and a major force behind King Blue, as well as Chris Bratty, who along with his brother Michael were representing their father Rudy Bratty and their development company The Remington Group. Barbara Lawlor of Baker Real Estate was there to open sales on the complex.

Reetu Gupta takes a few questions from UrbanToronto. Reetu's talents beyond her business chops include modelling and fashion design, with a fledgling fashion label of East Indian inspired clothing. A fashion show of Reetu's work ended off the evening in a very festive atmosphere.
