Pinnacle International’s Pinnacle Grand Park development in Mississauga got a significant boost earlier this week with the release of Grand Park 2. Following the success of the first tower, Pinnacle has unveiled the design of their new 48-storey condominium, set to be located where the sales centre is at the moment just east of Burnhamthorpe Road and Mavis. The building is set to launch to the public in October.

Grand Park 2 will contain a total of 469 units ranging from 590 to 1049 square feet. Each unit will have a balcony to take advantage of the panoramic surrounding views. 20,000 square feet of amenity space will be spread across the 5th floor, including an indoor pool, gym, yoga studio and theatre room, as well as two guest suites.

Along with the announcement Pinnacle released a number of high-res renderings that we’ve subsequently picked apart to show you some of the details. The building, designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, stands in contrast to Grand Park 1 and will be significantly taller than its 28-storey neighbour.
