With a succession of large master planned projects, Mississauga City Centre is continuing the civic maturation that will provide the suburban community with a suitably urban downtown. An integral part of this evolution is Pinnacle International's 36-acre Pinnacle Uptown development. Slated to eventually contain 11 towers, several dozen townhomes and a 15-acre park, this ambitious project is already underway with the sale of the first phase marketed as Crystal at Pinnacle Uptown. With brisk sales for the release of units in the 28-storey building, Pinnacle has begun sales for the companion 24-storey tower at the corner of Hurontario St. & Eglinton Ave. Sharing an expansive lobby with the first phase of the development, Crystal 2 offers identical floor plans to the first tower ranging in size from 572 sq. feet to 926 sq. feet. Employing the same interior design team behind the first phase, Tanner Hill Associates Inc. is responsible for the design of the common areas as well as the unit design seen in the model suites below.
