The Milan Condominium, the Conservatory Group's residential project at Yonge and Church, has been slowly rising as construction continues on the second story of the podium. UrbanToronto Forum user Red Mars has provided the photo below showing some parts of the second storey ready to be built on.

Like most high-rise projects, Milan has a unique podium which requires extensive and highly-detailed work before it can rise. The first few floors of a building are usually the most intricate to build, so although progress at Yonge and Church has been slow recently, it is not unusual for podiums to take many months to construct.
