Not only has the change in weather swept away the humidity, but it also bathed the city in a particularly beautiful summer light. Taking advantage of this opportunity, Forum member yonderbean captured this shot looking south along Spadina Ave. The southern reach of the street has been the site of rapid intensification in the last 10 years. Beginning with the transformation of the rail lands into Concord Adex's CityPlace and extending north to the intersection of Spadina and King, the city has encouraged a rapid redevelopment of the area. Some of the projects visible in this shot include Great Gulf Homes' Hudson and Charlie condos, Lifetime Developments' M5V Condos as well as the crane for Empire Communities' Fly Condos.
