A utilitarian title applied to a project that is anything but dull. Developed by the Toronto Community Housing Corporation and Context, the 41-storey tower of Block 32 is among the more handsome of the buildings that have risen from the rail lands. Designed by KPMB, the development joins Teeple Architects' 60 Richmond Street East as an example of the architectural innovation pursued by the TCHC. Given its status as a civic entity, it seems only appropriate that the projects it produces should help to enrich the city to which it serves.
