Perhaps one of the most contentious projects discussed here at UrbanToronto, the Trump Tower has attracted an incredible amount of attention, spawning an ardent group of both enthusiasts and detractors. As construction winds down on the project, focus has turned away from the larger components of the design to the finishing details. One of the last, eagerly-awaited features of the tower is the lightning element that will run the full length of the tower. Captured by Forum member drum118, this photo provides the clearest image thus far of what this lighting feature will look like when completed. Adding to an already multifaceted design, this final touch will certainly help to ensure that Trump stands apart from its more understated neighbours.
