Yesterday Peter Freed, today Brad Lamb. Both men are at the helm of development companies that are populating the city with a collection of wonderful mid-rise projects. One of his latest, and developed in conjunction with Hyde Park Homes and the Sher Corporation, The King East is a 15-storey condo located at the corner of King East and Parliament. Referencing the robust and stripped down industrial aesthetic of the area's commercial heritage, Core Architects has designed a building that both suit its environment and contributes to the well-executed intensification of the district.
