Perhaps the most eagerly awaited feature of Concord Adex's ambitious CityPlace development, the bridge linking the two towers of Parade has moved one step closer to installation following the application of exterior glass panels. Designed by the internationally renowned firm of Kohn Pederson Fox, these 44- and 39-storey towers are the third project undertaken by the firm in the city having already completed work on the RBC Dexia Tower and the Ritz-Carlton. Housing both residential uses and amenity space, the bridge will certainly be one of the more innovative spaces in CityPlace and offer those few lucky residents who have purchased a unit here a home like no other!
