Limelight Condos in Mississauga was topped off earlier this month and testing of its namesake lime green lighting system on the mechanical penthouse began a few days ago. It is a piecemeal job, testing one segment of lighting at a time, but the task appears to be on track. Once completed, the outer cladding of white columns in a jagged and criss-crossing arrangement will be added, which will sheath part of the penthouse, creating a kind of lime green silhouette. Images of the lighting system testing come to us from UrbanToronto Forum member drum118.

Additionally, it appears that the dark grey cladding on the podium of Limelight is an ongoing project. Construction cranes were applying the cladding in April and Forum member 3rdLeap captured the work yet to be done. Once it all comes together, the colour scheme of white, dark grey and lime green should have Limelight looking quite stunning!
