Today we're shifting our focus out of Toronto's downtown core and westward, towards Mississauga's booming city centre. The Limelight condominiums project by Daniels is wrapping up construction on both of its 32- and 22-storey towers, as well as the townhouses at the base of the towers. The project has seen significant success in sales, with the townhouses and the 22-storey tower already sold out.

The project is designed by Kirkor Architects, with interiors by HOK. It has unique amenities including gardening plots, a feature that is definitely unique for a condominium and one that we'll hopefully see catching on in future developments. Also of note are the fitness amenities — the gym is complemented by a full-sized basketball court.

We're looking forward to the completion of the project in the upcomoming months — in particular we're curious to see how the rooftop mechanical box will appear, and if the branch-like columns in the renderings pull through. For more information on Limelight, head over the the project's dataBase listing via the link below, and check out the associated real estate Forum thread to see what purchasers are talking about.
