Today's Photo Of The Day is a look down from Maple Leaf Square Condos toward the future location of the 90 Harbour & 1 York office/condo complex and the Ten York Street condos. The cool looking night shot was taken by UrbanToronto Forum member piotrh.

The proposed 75 storey Ten York is being developed by Tridel along with partner Build Toronto which owns the land. The location is the triangular piece of land on the right that is bordered by York and the Gardiner Expressway. Design is by Rudy Wallman Architects with interiors by II By IV Design Associates and landscaping by Janet Rosenberg + Associates. Here's a look at the plans:

Ten York Street Condos Toronto By Tridel

90 Harbour & 1 York is a mixed use project by Menkes featuring two 70 storey condo towers and one 31 storey office tower all designed by architectsAlliance. In the photo above the office tower will occupy the property directly across York Street from Ten York. Here's an early look at the south elevation of the plan:
