Last fall we posted a story about Skyline International's Copeland House development currently underway at the iconic Horseshoe Valley Resort & Village, and we're following up today to see how progress at the site is moving along. Offering year-round ownership, the project has been hugely popular, with Skyline selling out of its first building quickly and ready to start work on the second one, going on sale this spring.

Like many of the condo-resort projects we've seen arising outside the GTA, the benefits of ownership are pretty appealing — hotel-style services are available to owners, and while you're not there the management team at Horseshoe can rent out your suite for additional revenue.

Horseshoe Valley is a short drive from Toronto and Barrie, and is a year-round playground, offering both winter and summer outdoor activities. For those less inclined to hit the slopes, Skyline offers a spa as well as great dining options. Furthermore, purchasers benefit from Skyline's growing portfolio by having access to Deerhurst Resort and discounts at other Skyline Properties.

The recent sales event saw huge crowds, and we've got some images to illustrate just how popular the project is — for more information on Copeland House check out our dataBase listing below, and see what forum members are saying on the associated threads.
