After releasing an initial rendering of The Carnaby which was just a tease of the building's top with Toronto's Downtown skyline as a dramatic background, we now have a better idea of what Streetcar's latest addition to their growing collection of condominiums at Queen and Galdstone will look like. And, here it is:

The Carnaby by Tact Design for Streetcar Developments

The 20-storey tower becomes the third Streetcar Developments project at Queen West and Gladstone. Tact Design's Monika Jaroszonek describes it as "an exclamation point at the end of the laneway”. The building takes its name from London's Carnaby Street where life takes place in a pedestrian friendly enclave.

UrbanToronto's dataBase listing for the building, linked below, includes a number of close up views of the building which will give you a better idea of the building's cladding features. The dataBase also contains the full press release accompanying the rendering with more details on the plans for the project. If you are wont to discuss the project, our associated Forum threads are linked below too!
