The condominium, designed by architectsAlliance, occupies a unique space within the city — just outside the traditional downtown core, Pier 27 has the advantage of Toronto Island views, access to the lakeshore, as well as being minutes away from Union Station. One of the first projects expected to be completed in the neighbourhood, it will take advantage of nearby Sherbourne Commons and Sugar Beach, and will be joined by Great Gulf and Moshe Safdie's Monde Condos.
