The iconic Absolute World condos in Mississauga City Centre are nearing completion as viewed in today's Photo Of The Day. Taken by UrbanToronto Forum member Jasonzed, this photo shows the first of "the Marilyn" towers is virtually completed with work continuing on the second tower.
The 50-storey second tower is on the left and we can see that balcony glass has yet to be fully installed at the top. One thing of interest is the balcony treatment which is different than that on its 56-storey companion. We love these towers save for the weak podium, which looks rather skimpy.
